I tried a lot of different exercise to reduce stomach to lose stomach fat fast, but couldn't find the right one for me. I tried with different exercises for a flat stomach and also diet to lose belly, but all of them failed me – they worked just for the time I was on diet. Slimming diet sucked my energy away, got me tired and susceptible to diseases that children were bringing from kindergarten.

I felt more energy, I needed less sleep, I could better deal with stress and even my friends noticed my slimmer tummy & tights.

I found the answer when I least expected it, and I got it for good. I captured the performance of Five Tibetan. But, I have to stress it out, that you have to do it on a regular basis and you have to persist doing them. There was also one thing that bugged me for a while: the author, Chet Day, gave so much of good advice I knew I can't accomplish them all. But, he actually gave me an answer to that, too: “Is it possible to consider all the recommendations, you might ask? … even if you only make gradual improvements, you will notice improved health and attitude.”
But, if we want to lose weight, we have to be aware of the overeating problem – if we’ll eat too much, even of ‘good’ food, we can get fat. The Tibetans assumed that if eating one type of food at the time, we won’t have the cravings to eat too much.
